Our congregation is led by elected and appointed individuals who, at the direction of our family of believers, guide our ministry here at Mount Calvary. We also have many members who spend countless hours on ministry teams to carry out the ministry God has given us. Without the "body of Christ" doing his work, we couldn't exist.
My name is Pastor Robert Frick. After growing up in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, I moved to Wisconsin to attend Martin Luther Prep School, Northwestern College, and Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. After my graduation in 1996, I was assigned to serve as pastor at Sterling Heights, Michigan. In July of 2012, I accepted the call to be an associate pastor here at Mt. Calvary, where my primary responsibilities are lead pastor and adult education. I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially on the water. I also like to watch and participate in sports. My wife Amy and I have been blessed with six children and recently one grandchild.
I look forward to speaking with you.

The Westendorf family is very excited to be making the transition to life in Waukesha and gospel ministry with our brothers and sisters in Christ at Mount Calvary.
Pastor Westendorf grew up in Mequon and graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 2000, after serving his vicar year in Puerto Rico. After a two year stint at MLC as a tutor he was assigned to a team ministry at Redeemer in Tucson, AZ. In 2011 the family moved to Highlands Ranch (a south Denver suburb) to serve at Abiding Word.
He and Kelly (Delaney), who graduated with a nursing degree from Alverno College, were married in 2004. Kelly is a smiley, outgoing, hard-working, fun-loving woman who deeply loves her Savior, her family, her friends, and her congregation. They have 4 children - 2 who attend Luther prep and 2 who are students at Mount Calvary. The entire Westendorf family is eager to begin this new stage of life with their new church family.
