The Boy and Girl Pioneers program for students in grades one to eight offers opportunities to learn life skills, connect with the outdoors, and grow in God's Word. Each meeting begins with a devotion, followed by skill building in areas such as knot tying, first aid, and cooking. Services projects get youth involved in helping the community. And our annual Pine Car derby gives students (and adults!) an opportunity to test their carpentry skills on the racetrack. A trip to Camp Phillip in Wautoma, Wisconsin, rounds out the year and provides plenty of outdoor time and team-building activities.
